Not much, the active is geared more for sports. Better water resistance and has something for tracking fitness. Other than that they are the same

Hello Jurgillywho, Thank you for your question. The Jabra Elite Active 65t features an internal accelerometer to assist in tracking exercise, as well as a slightly higher protection from moisture in case of sweat. The Elite Active 65t also has a slightly rubberized texture on the outside for more in ear stability. Aside from this, the two devices are very similar. Thank you.

Mainly better water resistance, heart rate tracking and activity tracking. Everything else is identical. These are the "sport" version.
