“Do you need the app to be able to set up the earbuds to be able to mute a call from the earbud? I have an old phone and the app sound+ isn't available for my phone. I want to be able to mute a call from the earbuds not my phone.”

• Hi PugMom- To mute your Jabra Elite 75t EarBuds, please press the Left Button on your Left EarBud when you are on a call. Thank you for your question!

• No the app is not required, though it will allow you to change things like the equalizer and play white noise and update the firmware.
