“Anybody else have the right earbud suddenly go to very low (almost inaudible) volume? It's the same if I switch the earbuds (ie, right earbud in left ear and vice versa) - the right earbud also sounds inaudible in the left ear.”

Has this same problem and solved it. Volume got super low after 16 months owning these. When I'd press the button or apply pressure to the earbud, volume would go up a bit but then quiet when I let go. I found the solution on Reddit. Take a toothpick and lightly press the tiny button on the earbud that's between the two charging connectors on the back. It looks like a tiny hole. But don't put too much pressure. You'll sense a tiny click. I don't know why it fixes it, but it does. Be careful and good luck!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try changing the earbud end one size up, if you're used to the smaller one, it may take some getting used to, but I had the same problem with the Small size and when I went back to the Medium, the audio was much improved.
