I fell asleep from like 9pm and woke up around 6am and the headphones were still on and the phone call was still going. So that's over 5 hours and didn't die.

Easily 5hrs + I'm able to listen to music all day with charging them only at lunch. Talk time uses less battery then listening to music.

Talk time could be longer but hey after all they did pack a lot of functionality into these earbuds I think they're great. Talk time is several hours but I haven't really timed it. Listening time for streaming music has been running as advertised around 4 or 5 hours with some talk time mixed in.
