These are much smaller and better designed, not that the 65t were bad at all. These are a much better upgrade.

With some trial and error, most users are able to find a fit that is both secure and comfortable. The Active 75t is designed to fit majority of ear sizes and shapes. It is rare if a customer is unable to find a secure fit with the Active 75t. Thank you for your question!
