A:AnswerHi there- great question! At this time, the Manufacturer's warranty on Jabra products does not cover accidental damage. For this reason, if your charging case broke as a result of improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse, we will not be able to replace your charging case and you will have to purchase a new one. You can purchase a new charging case for your Jabra Elite Active 75t from our website here: https://www.jabra.com/accessories/jabra-elite-active-75t-charging-case#/#100-68993000-00. If you charging case did not break as a result of improper storage, misuse, or by accident, please reach back out to our support team.
A:AnswerHello Khaing- great question! If you purchased your Jabra Elite Active 75t from Best Buy, you will need to follow their return policy. Normally, Best Buy offers a 14-day return window from the date of purchase, but we recommend double-checking with them.
Jabra offers a 30-day return window for all devices purchased directly from the Jabra website. This return window begins the day that your order ships.
A:AnswerHi Traveler- Jabra devices are designed and engineered to provide sound quality for calls and music listening. They are optimized to be used with other Bluetooth devices such as Smartphones and Tablets. The use of a Jabra device with a Computer or Laptop may not provide the best experience and is not officially supported.
Additionally, the Jabra Link 360 is compatible with the Jabra Motion and Jabra Supreme. The Jabra Link 370 is compatible with the Jabra Evolve 65, Jabra Evolve 65e, Jabra Evolve 65t, Jabra Evolve 75, Jabra Evolve 75e, Jabra Speak 510, Jabra Speak 710, and Jabra Stealth. Thank you!
A:AnswerThe ear tips that come in the box are small, medium, and large. The medium tips are on the buds by default. They are more of a flat shape than cone/tree shaped if that helps. I've ended up using pair of cone tips from an old pair of ear buds I had to keep them secured in my ears during runs and workouts. You can always go with some foam base tips from Comply as well.

A:AnswerIt did say the name before when I bought mine around late April of this year ( out of the box ) ,,but after I did the new update, it’s just a ring tone now , doesn’t say the name anymore!!! ... one other thing : the “ active “ option doesn’t work on the 75t .
A:AnswerThere is no active noise cancellation. But the buds fit so well that it definitely blocked out most all of the background noise in my work environment (tractor-trailer).
A:AnswerHello Hup88- Regretfully, we will not be able to offer the feature for the Jabra Elite 75t and the Jabra Elite Active 75t to use either earbud independently as previously expected. Jabra had been working on developing this feature, but sadly the user experience and quality did not live up to our standards. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we are eager to bring more exciting features to our users in future product releases.
A:AnswerI’ve not tried them with QI as I’ve seen on other reviews that they are not compatible. Shocked me that they aren’t (as far as what I had read).
A:AnswerHello Annabelle- thank you for your interest in the Jabra Elite Active 75t. The Elite Active 75t is not supported for use on the computer, so we cannot guarantee that they will function with Cisco Jabber. If you would like a headset which is suited for professional use, we recommend you check out our business headsets: https://www.jabra.com/business
A:AnswerFollowing.
I hope Best Buy answers the question.
The Elite Active 75t with wireless charging is already available for pre order at the Jabra.com site.
I want to purchase it from Best Buy.
A:AnswerHello Bob34- The Jabra Elite Active 75t requires two speakers that support music and video streaming in Hi-fi stereo. All current Jabra Bluetooth products with two speakers support stereo sound. These products typically use the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) standard for streaming high quality stereo audio. Thank you for your question.
