I have the series 2 watch and yes, I was able to pair and hear music from my watch, no problem.

Yes they do. Trouble is they can only pair with just one device, so if you wanna switch the source frequently, its kinda annoying.

I had lots of problems with the headphones paired to my phone, and my watch also to the phone

HR is spotty unless you turn off HR monitoring on the watch and let only the headphones record HR

I do know they pair with the iphone but it works through the app which doesn't have a watch app so I don't think it really pairs with watch

They don't pair with the Apple Watch. They do pair with IPhones. But so does your watch.

Bluetooth doesn't pair with the Apple Watch. It pairs through your iPhone which acts as a main interface between the two devices. But yes, you'll be able to control the headphones with the watch and also the iPhone.
