If Sony TV has bluetooth Audio should stream from the TV once paired. Unless you can load a Fitness app like Jabra Sport, Polar Beat etc. on the Sony TV you will not get Heart Rate Data. It is possible to send the Heart Rate data to a fitness watch or phone with Bluetooth and receive audio from a different source like a TV. Key requirement is the audio source has to have Bluetooth.
