Please try again later.You can answer and disconnect your phone calls from the controls on the right earbud, by using your phone's controls or by speaking "Answer" when prompted by the built in voice feature. (Please note that this capability may not be the same for every mobile device brand.) I use my Jabra Elite with an Apple iPhone 7 Plus. Once in a while, if I do answer a call using the phone (such as an incoming call on a second line using call waiting), my iPhone will not answer using the ear buds even though I might be using the earbuds for the current call - I have to open the audio settings on the phone screen and manually choose "Jabra Elite" as my audio device, but this happens rarely. That could possibly be a glitch in my particular pair of earbuds or it could be a compatibility issue with the Jabra Elite. (Jabra's website does have a way that you can check to see if your device is compatible with the Elite Sport.) My iPhone 7 Plus was not on the list, however they do work exceptionally well as expected.
