• I plug mine in each night so I don't have to constantly worry if I will not be ready at any time. Better to be safe than sorry.

• Hello, Mort - Thank you for your question. The Jabra Talk 25 does not have a light to indicate battery level or charging status. It takes approximately two hours to fully charge the headset.
