If you have paired it with another device it causes an conflict and won’t connect to either device most of the time. I had the same thing happen to me until I deleted the speaker off my phone. Problem solved, I then tested the speaker again by pairing it with another device and tried reconnecting it to either device and it wouldn’t pair. Hope this helps.
