A:AnswerThere is a little bit of delay between video and audio playback I've noticed. I've gotten it close to synced up when I pause the video and let it load a bit before playing. Hope this helps
A:AnswerHey Nikki I had the same problem but I figured it out. Before you connect to JAM ULTRA make sure that you hold down the two buttons on each bud for about 3 seconds and then they will start to pair to one another and both lights will hold a solid blue which means they are paired. Then you connect to JAM ULTRA not JAM ULTRA MONO. That should fix the issue. Sorry for the late response just got these.
A:AnswerHello concerned citizen lol. The Jams are great earbuds but keep in mind that only 1 earbud will work when talking in the phone. That is the same function that most others have. Talk=mono, media=stereo. Hope this answers your question.
A:AnswerIf this problem is occurring, it probably means your Bluetooth is connected to Jam Ultra Mono, which only plays music in one ear bud. If that is the case, open you Bluetooth setting and select Jam Ultra. This should correct the problem.
A:AnswerI've had this issue with mine before, what worked for me is to turn both buds off then double click the function button on both buds at the same time. The buds should pair together if charged and then should sync with the last device they were paired with. Hope this works for you.
A:AnswerLook at your bluetooth devices on your phone when u turn on the headphones jam headset will apear. If you have an iphone then idk. They usually have their own stuff like the straws.
A:AnswerIf you are only having one sync, place both earbuds back into the charging cradle for a few seconds and then take them out. Do not press the side button on either ear bud let them boot up and you will see both blue lights solid then flashing. If they did not pair properly one will flash blue/red.
A:AnswerYou must go to your Bluetooth setting. Click on forget device. Then repeat the process. Make sure both earbuds are flashing when pairing to your device. Once flashing click on Jam ultra in your device menu only. You should have a beep confirmation in 3secs or so..
A:AnswerWhat I did was scratch the brass connector on the ear buds with a needle it sounds bad but they started to charge better connection I assume... hope it helps
A:AnswerBasically your earbud is stuck in pairing mode, when you put the earbuds into the case and they shut off, take the right one out first and then the left one. That's what worked for me
A:AnswerJust keep placing them back into the case, waiting a few seconds then take them out. Eventually they will both connect. Also make sure in your Bluetooth settings to make sure u aren't on Jam Mono.
A:AnswerCheck the sound settings on you phone/player. Sometimes it's set to automatically lower the output when using headphones. I use the Dolby Atmos setting on my phone and it overrides the auto-level feature.
A:AnswerIf you click the buttons 5 times the ear buds beep I had this problem out of the box clicked them at the same time after hours of trying and connected right up make sure your Bluetooth if off on your phone
