Q: QuestionMy right earbud is quieter than the left one. I saw the other comment saying take it out of my ears and adjust, I've tried but it didn't work. Should I return the product and exchange for new ones?

- A:Answer Of course, if they are buffering or have performance issues then you should take them back and that is unfortunate cause my earbuds work just fine

Q: QuestionWhy does my Jam Earbuds keep disconnecting from my phone? They are on then out of nowhere they shut off and I am in speaker phone mode...Please help? Could it be the wifi connection or my data?

- A:Answer It is because you are in speakerphone mode. You must have you bluetooth on and paired with the buds at all times. If you are ever out of range of the signal, the buds will disconnect. If you change modes on your phone, the buds will disconnect.

Q: QuestionThe earbuds are working, but one earbud is louder than the other. Then one is giving static in the earphones. How can I fix it?

- A:Answer Try resetting the earbuds according to the manual. I think you have to push the buttons on both earbuds a few times at the exact same time.
