Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They do pretty good. I use them at the gym, at home on the treadmill and outside on walks/runs and have little issues. It also depends on how loud the noises are that you are blocking out. I would think the other gym members chatting will be fine, but the loud clang of weights might not be.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The buds I use are the foam ones which when you squeeze and put them in they expand and create a nice secure fit inside my ear which cancels out all the noise around me when im in the gym. Even when i run and sweat they still stay in
