• Contact Jaybird direct. They have an awesome customer service department. They may ask for proof of purchase, but that's all.

• did you try asking jaybird support? i know they carry extra eargels, but not sure which models are supported

• Jaybird website should have them. Probably slow at adding them though. I would try buying the Tarah ones? They are practically built the same so it should fit.
