“Are you suppose to constantly disconnect, just to reconnect to the device you have already connected to using the app? I have been a fan since day one but I cannot recommend this product to any consumer! The hardware is very durable but ∞ lacks support:-(”

No I never had this problem in the last two months since i have these.
