Can the outer peice thing be removed? null

If by that you mean the piece that helps support the headphone in your ear, then no. It’s one mounded piece that goes in your ear and supports itself on the outer ear. It’s not uncomfortable at all though.

yes , if your refering to the outer clear part , it comes with extra clear heads to replace the outer part .
