A:AnswerIf Bluetooth dongle supports Bluetooth 4.0 then it should work.
if dongle can pair to other Bluetooth headphones, speakers then it should work...

Best of luck....
A:AnswerWhen it is out of stick they don't let you pay in advance or order in advance as there is no guarantee they will get new shipments.
But I'm confident they will get more X3s because X3s just came out...
I wouldn't wait though... See if you can get them anywhere else as these will be very hot item and will sale out every where...
$129 or $99 they are worth it
A:AnswerYou can use any USB charger that doesn't output more than 5.5v.
My only complaint about the X3s at this time is the need for a separate piece of proprietary hardware which Jaybird calls a “charging clip” to charge the X3 earbuds.
While Jaybird probably made the change to using a “charging clip” to reduce the width of the X3 earbuds and make the X3 earbuds lighter and more durable; If you lose, misplace or simply do not have this “charging clip” with you, then you will not be able to charge the X3 earbuds.
As of this writing ( 2016-11-20 ) the Jaybird “charging clip” is not available anywhere for purchase including from Jaybird so make sure, if you purchase the X3s, that you do not lose or misplace the “charging clip”.
Once the “charging clips” are available for purchase as an accessory, I’m going to get several of them for each of my vehicles, my laptop bag, for home & work and one to carry with me.
I’ll attach the “charging clip” to the end of the Micro USB cables and secure the “charging clip” to the cable using the lanyard that is physically a part of the “charging clip”. Should the “charging clip” ever come loose or unplugged from the Micro USB, it’ll still be attached ( tied ) to the Micro USB end of the cable via the lanyard.
A:AnswerHi, Maria!
The Jaybird X3's only come in Blackout (Black) and Sparta (White). I believe you are thinking of the Jaybird Freedom, which has those colors.
A:AnswerDepends how long ago you bought the item. I think you have 15 days to do an exchange. (http://www.bestbuy.com/site/help-topics/return-exchange-policy/pcmcat260800050014.c?id=pcmcat260800050014)
Or else you'll have to go through the manufacturer's warranty. Which is 1 year from the date you purchased the item. (https://www.jaybirdsport.com/en-us/warranty.html)
A:AnswerYes. I bought the olive colored set I had an issue with it went to store to replace I was given a choice to get same color or any other color available
A:AnswerJust go to eBay if your stores don't carry them. I've even seen Best Buy sell items on eBay.com. Remember to aways check the sellers score and read their negatives and see why before ever buying anything on these sites... PS> I don not recommend any other earbud. At this time these are the best I can find
