• The ear buds are connected by a wire - they come with a clip that you can clip on your shirt. You might be able to clip the wire together to make it tighter or shorter. These are earbuds that fit into the ear - they do not fit over the ear.

• There is a clip that you can use to put a loop on the wire but it’s not really meant to tighten around the head. It’s just a cord that hangs.

• Yes. There is a clip provided that allows you to shorten (clip back) the wire so that it fits snug against your head. I personally don't use that though.
