The light on the back should be White, check to see if its plugged in properly, if your still having trouble, call Best Buy.

The subwoofer LED light status indicator should be solid white when it's connected to the soundbar. Please try to re-connect the Subwoofer. 1. On the rear panel of subwoofer, press and hold the sub-pairing button until it turns fast flashing white. 2. To enter the subwoofer pairing mode on the soundbar, press and hold BASS on the remote control for more than five seconds. Press - on the remote control. → “PAIRING ”: The subwoofer is ready for pairing. → “CONNECTED ”: The subwoofer is connected. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
