“ON A FULL CHARGE, MY JBL XTREME PLAYS 2 SONGS THEN POWERS ITSLF OFF 30 SECONDS, THEN POWERS ITSLF BACK ON FOR 2 MINS, THEN DIES. I PLUG IT IN & THE INDICATOR SHOWS 1 LIGHT THEN RED THEN DEAD. WILL RESETTING THE BATTERY SOLVE THIS. OR DO I NEED A NEW ONE??”

JBL usually has a really good customer service department and stands behind their product. So i think you should be able to contact them and get a new one possibly
