This unit can be paired with Bluetooth capable PCs and audio playing devices.

The CHARGE 3 can be connected to a source device via Bluetooth or wired connection. As long as your laptop is capable of streaming audio via Bluetooth and its Bluetooth driver supports A2DP Audio codec, the CHARGE 3 will work without any issue. If your TV has an AUX output port (3.5mm aux port) or if it has an updated version of Audio Codecs which supports A2DP audio streaming, then you can connect the CHARGE 3.
