I just purchased my second JBL charge 3 and using my windows phone I am not able to get it to play stereo? No connect app=no stereo??? Is there no why to get them into stereo mode without the app?????? null

But this only puts the two in mono or "party mode" I have an android work device that I downloaded the app to do this but otherwise they only pair in mono without the app it seems.

It is not the phone

Just pair the 1st speaker to the phone

Then pair the 2nd to the speaker To the speaker by using the hourglass looking button on each device 

Paired 1st then 2nd speaker
