“Does the Charge 3 come standard with firmware 7.3 or connect + on it because I want to buy it to connect to my xtreme. Also is there a way to remove connect + from a charge 3 that already has it?”

There is no way to reverse it, mine came with the old connect and I updated it, good luck.
