• Hi! The speaker is waterproof, with a rating of IPX7. I am sure you will love it! I suggest you personally give it a try so that you can be the one to rate the pro's and the con's of the Charge 3.

• They claim it's water safe to an extent , we have ours in a very humid bathroom and it works like a charm- no ill effects.
