The JBL Charge 3 is a Bluetooth receiving speaker, and has no to re-transmit audio to another Bluetooth device. You can pair it with any phones by turning on Bluetooth from its settings, and locating the name JBL Charge 3.

If i remember correctly I turned on my Bluetooth speaker then went to my iPhone settings under Bluetooth and looked for the JBL name and clicked on it.
