• I have not noticed any such delay while using the speaker for YouTube or Netflix.

• Hi! Yes it is normal that you may encounter a very slight delay when you watch a video and stream it to the speaker. This is because the audio signals coming from the source (mobile phone) will travel to the speaker while the video is playing.
