- Answer By inbuilt mic if you mean a built in mic yes it does when my phone rings and i have my JBL speaker connected and on i can answer my phone and talk through my speaker.

Questionmy phone no longer sees my JBL speaker when I try to connect via bluetooth. Is there software update that can be loaded on the JBL speaker so it will register on my phone as an available device?

- Answer Hello! Try resetting your Charge 3 by pressing and holding the "Volume+" and the "Play/Pause" buttons at the same time while it is ON. When the device switches off after a few seconds, sounding the OFF prompt, it has been reset.

QuestionHi We want to use the Charge 3 in a Yoga studio. Therefor it must NOT go into stanby automatically. It makes a loud sound when we put it on, and that is not good in a Yoga lesson. Can i turn off the On sounddemo? Can i turn off the auto off function?

- Answer Disagree with the previous answer. Don't know about standby sound, but other sounds (turn on/off) can easily be disabled through phone app.

- Answer You would most likely need to use an adapter because most European countries use 220 VAC. The adapters use a step down transformer to lower the voltage to 110 VAC; which is what most US appliances use. That is a very oversimplified answer, but I doubt you want a history lesson on DC vs AC. In addition, most other countries don't use the same type of plugs as the U.S.

- Answer The Charge 3 is already equalized but if you are looking for an adjustable equalizer, you'll need to use a 3rd party app for it.

- Answer Yes the sound quality with 2 charge 3s is great compared to a charge 3 and a flip 4 cause the sound output of the flip 4 isnt has good.
