it was supposed to have small instruction. However, you can find it in the internet through google and will show how to use it. Good luck!

If it pairs to your MacBook Air like it did with my PC Laptop ... turn the unit on and the computer! On the computer, go to the connections area for using bluetooth! Do whatever you need to do for the unit to search for devices then press the bluetooth button on the speaker ... it should pair this way! Try doing it in this order and good luck as this is how I had to do it!

Go on youtube and type in "How to connect JBL JAM to MacBook Air bluetooth". Its very simple. You will also find many other easy tips. Hope it helps.

You push the button on the top that has the Bluetooth logo.. it will make noise and then you open your Bluetooth on the computer and search for jbl charge 3
