Hi! You could use the hands free calling when you connect your mobile phone to the Charge 3. Once connected, you can set your phone to headset and audio option to enable the hands free calling feature. To do this, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the CHARGE 3. Select the Audio option and the Headset option.
