• Yes it can receive incoming calls from cel, and no it does not have a plug to charge a CP

• You can link the JBL to your cell phone via Bluetooth and answer incoming calls with it. The USB power cord only charges the JBL speaker and not anything else. (although you might be able to use the charging cable for your non-iPhone devices in a pinch.)

• It can be synced to your incoming calls, and it does have a built-in microphone. It has an outlet (not the cord) to charge your other devices.
