“My speaker suddenly will not play without static interference and turns off in my bedroom.usually it played magnificently nothing has changed in the room no other devices have been added to the room I do enjoy this as it is synced to Alexa also.”

The speaker (or should I say battery) is near the end of it's life expectancy. Pretty sad if it has only lasted less than a year.
