“i have charged the speaker and the red light is staying on but speaker will not work. I'm using the original cable to charge as i always have. Anything i can do or is it not able to be used.”

• We appreciate the feedback you've provided us with our JBL Clip 3. The red LED light means that the unit is charging and blinking red if the speaker is on a low battery. • Have you tried that cable with another device, or conversely, have you tried another cable with your Clip3?
