QuestionI dropped my JBL speaker and it came apart and since this happen it won't stay put together and will not charge. Does anyone have any help on Thai.

- Answer Check for unplugged/ disconnected plugs or wires and try to reattach them. See if it charges. Glue it back together. OR Throw it in the trash and buy something better. Or buy another one... We are living in the time of "throw it away" instead of repairing because <they> can make a new one cheaper. Good Luck

QuestionCan I use an aux plugin from my Clip 3 to my portable radio(via microphone plug in) and hear the radio? I tried but I cannot hear anything.Do I need to do anything different to hear the radio thru my Clip 3? Thanks

- Answer Plug it into the "ear phones" jack. The microphone plug in is intended for a microphone not a speaker.

QuestionMy speaker suddenly will not play without static interference and turns off in my bedroom.usually it played magnificently nothing has changed in the room no other devices have been added to the room I do enjoy this as it is synced to Alexa also.

- Answer The speaker (or should I say battery) is near the end of it's life expectancy. Pretty sad if it has only lasted less than a year.

- Answer Our JBL Clip 3 doesn't have the JBL Partyboost feature unlike our JBL Flip 5 so they won't be able to connect with each other.

- Answer It says it is but I haven't tested it. I had the older version and that one was not waterproof so I would be surprised if they didn't change that on the new one.

- Answer The manufacturer says it can be immersed in water. However, I don't think I would try it out. We have had it on our boat when it starts to sprinkle rain and it has been just fine. We also rinse fresh water over it after being around salt water.

- Answer If your device has Bluetooth, you can pair it. I use it in a truck at work that has no radio, paired to an IPhone 7, and I can here music very well. Talk shows not quite as well, but by moving it closer to me, I am able to here it. Now I’m half deaf from driving trucks for the past 37 years, so your results may vary.
