If the device is multiple rooms away or large distances the connection will beginning cutting in and out, if the speaker disconnects most devices will fully pause the music until it reconnects which sounds somewhat similar to what you are experienced. If you are nearby and this all still happens I recommend trying a new unit if it persists it could be a personal device issue!
A:AnswerThis speaker is not low on sound. If you are experiencing this than you should return yours I get a good boom out of one, and I have two, thats even louder.
