I wear them in the pool. But they don’t work under water. The are water resistant only.

No this is not recomended, they are waterproof for things like rain, sweat or brief submersion.

I don't think that these are meant for swimming (submerged) , but will not get damaged if wet profusely (sweat, rain, etc.).

Our JBL Endurance Peak 3 TWS has an IP code of IP68 which means that it is water resistant to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes. However, we don't recommend our JBL Endurance Peak 3 for swimming since Bluetooth cannot travel underwater. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
