“Just got these 2 days ago, the play/pause buttons on the left earbud is not working at all. I can hear the beep, but the music is not responding. Google voice with tap & hold is the only function responding the the earbud. I've tried everything.”

• Download app for them and update firmware, but left button is on and off for ambuent sound control, so you can hear around you eithout taking them off
