We're here to help with your JBL Endurance Peak 3. It is best to try this with all of the provided ear tip sizes until you find the one that fits to your ears. If you have accomplished a tight seal, but still feel that the volume is imbalanced, try cleaning them. If cleaning doesn’t solve the issue, try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem.
