“Hello, I have noticed that if I am not using my earbud to listen to music or a podcast after a few minutes it shuts off and unpairs itself from my phone. is there a way to stop that from happening?”

Our JBL Endurance Peak has the auto-shutoff feature when you are not playing any music for 5-10 minutes. Unfortunately, this feature cannot be disabled. If you need more help, please contact us here: https://bit.ly/2zwFkYM
