I can not get the left earbud to work null

Make sure when you have both ear pieces in recharge case that all 4 lights are on. Then make sure by putting both ear pieces in case, the red led lights come on. If left doesn't light up red, you might have a defective ear piece. Start there. Hope it helps

Please note that the right bud of our JBL Endurance Peak is primary while the left is secondary. The right earbuds can be used independently while the left bud will only connect with the right bud. If you need any assistance with troubleshooting, please reach out to our Customer Support.
