Where are the volume controls ??? null

Exactly! Could never figure this headset out.

there isn't any everything is touch look at the paper it came with.

On the right earpiece of your JBL Endurance Sprint, you need to slightly slide your finger along the ridges upward or downward to adjust the volume. For more details, check out its Control Guide here: https://bit.ly/377b44V

on the right side. Same as all the other controls. Hold for power on or off 5 sec. Swipe up or down for volume, Tap for forward reverse. The instructions are in the box. The controls SUCK. SHOULD HAVE PUT SOME ON THE LEFT SIFE ALSO.
