“I've purchased a jbl flip 4 and it's been a week but it has turned off and won't turn on and left it alone go about 3days then put it to charge then it lit up still wouldn't turn on but should the battery charge for a couple of seconds and still wont turn”

• Return or call in for support, I had a different brand that did the same exact thing. They had me do a hard reset on it then the sent me a box to return it in. They sent me back a new one.
