• Yes it can I use it on my zune MP3 you have to buy a 3mm head phone aux wire Best Buy I got mine cause I use it on my motorcycle so I needed a strong wire but it does work just shut off your phone Bluetooth or it will cut out sound every little noise like mine ESPN alert text etc....

• Yes you can connect any device that has a headphone jack, just use a standard 1/8" audio cable.
