• Yes you can talk! make and receive calls.. works pretty fine! i think it's supposed to last like 14hs of playback.. i don't really know and i didn't checked it.. but i use it several hours a day and i recharge it once every 3 or 4 days... you can also use it while charging!

• Says 12 hrs on the box. And yes you can talk on your smartphone with the device.
