“Plugged in brand new JBL Flip 4. Connected it to my Android phone. It started playing my youtube playlist but on very 1st song, the Flip4 stopped working-- powered out mid-song. Tried other videos--same. Am I supposed to fully charge it b4 its 1st usage?”

Of course! It states so in instructions that come with speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If the flip 4 is showing one light out of row of five you don't have enough battery life if you charge it and it does it when all five lights are lite up then it's defective Best Buy will exchange!
