QuestionWhat is the range of the Wi-Fi?

- Answer JBL Flip 5 is not WiFi capable nor used to be connected to Wifi. It's a Bluetooth speaker that you can use to pair and connect with your devices that have Bluetooth such as phones, tablets, and laptops. The range of Bluetooth can go from 10-15 meters, please note that there should be a clear line of sight between the connected devices, blockages such as walls and other signals like WiFi may cause interference.

- Answer Press the bluetooth button (next to power button) then search for it on your mac and it should show up, connect and your good to go (if that doesn't work hold The volume up+play button until the speaker turns off / this resets your speaker) then connect it to your mac 1st and then your phone (apple id config is weird)

- Answer JBL Flip 5 is compatible to be connected with phones, tablets, and laptops. The must be in pairing mode to connect with your devices, to do so press and hold the Bluetooth button until you hear the audible chime, and the led will be blue.

- Answer JBL Flip 5 will automatically go into battery-saving mode after 10-15 minutes of inactivity or if the audio signal is too low. The power-saving option is mandatory, and it can't be disabled. Due to technology limitations, our Connect + enabled speakers (Boombox, Flip 4, Charge 4, Charge 3, Pulse 3, Xtreme 2) aren't compatible with our new PartyBoost speakers. As Bluetooth technology improves, so do our portable products. The new PartyBoost feature allows you to connect up to 100+ of other PartyBooost enabled speakers.
