“Hello I just bought a used JBL Flip-4,in very good condition. I have a problem I can't get it to receive a charge,it was just the speaker I got when I bought it- no Manuel or directions. Could you please help me with the proper way to charge! Thanks alot!”

• Make sure to use a micro USB port and open the flap next to the power button. Make sure usb port is not wet and make sure the cable functions properly. You know when the speaker is receiving a charge if the lights are lighting up one by one continously. If this doesn't work then perhaps it wasnt purchased in as great condition as you thought
