• You are going to need to find one that has basic bluetooth (isnt compatible with (APT.X/AAC) because the jbl flip 5 is not compatible with those higher end audio codecs as it only uses Bluetooth 4.2 (bluetooth 5.0 has APT.X/AAC compatibility) Those APT.x/AAC are high quality sound codecs (sound better)

• Flip 5 is not compatible with cd players, which is a real letdown. They don't tell you that when you buy the speaker

• We're sorry to hear about what happened. Unfortunately, we can't recommend any products because it depends on the unit's specs if it's able to transmit audio via Bluetooth. Our JBL Flip 5 can be paired with any Bluetooth enabled device.
