“If i use the zoom platform from my laptop i am able to connect the flip 5 speaker to hear clearer. However if i try using zoom from my mobile device or any mobile device and try connecting the FLIP 5 to hear it, doesnt connect. Any help?”

Our JBL Flip 5 doesn't support MS Teams, Skype, or other similar services. If the speaker/headphones support the Bluetooth Profile HSP, most likely VOIP programs will work. For more information, please review this support link article: https://bit.ly/2xHKO5a
