Thanks for your inquiry. Our JBL Flip 7 can’t be used for voice calls or as a speakerphone. It's designed primarily for music playback. If the phone call is recorded, you can listen to it by connecting your source device to the speaker via Bluetooth. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
